Learning Outcomes:  

The workshop is designed for all those who wish to explore the dynamic and critical interrelationship of sustainability and cultural context / heritage and the natural and built environment. The approach is interdisciplinary and investigative, encouraging the conceptual, theoretical and practical study of the connection between the social and the built environment. 

The workshop will explore critical ways of reading, forming and appropriating the environment. Participants gain insight into traditional, sustainable and vernacular building methods and apply these to their study of the interaction of man, cultural heritage and the environment.
